Good Fridays

Filed under: Live, Podcast — Leave a comment
February 14, 2012

A couple of weekends ago I joined up with Karl Spackler and Nick Redway for their monthly party, Good Fridays , that they run 1st Friday of every month at the Den at the Barclay Hotel in Vancouver, BC. It was a rather joyous affair with beautiful people dancing and enjoying themselves.  My intent had been to record my set and leave as a parting gift, but as that didn’t work, I put together this mix over this past weekend, of some of the tracks that I played that night.

As a whole, the getting was down.

Enjoy.

Bell & James – Living It Up (Friday Night) [Craig Reid Edit]
Alicia Myers – I Wanna Thank You (Alkalino Rework)
The Main Ingredient – Let Me Love You (Evening Of Love) [LeSale‘s Party Edit]
Spence – Get On It (SteEdgeExtEdit)
Aretha Franklin – Jump To It (NELUE Re-Edit)
Madi Diaz – Trust Fall (JS Mix) [Touchsoul Digital Scissors Edit]
SOS Band – High-Hopes (Daz Rework)
Lou Teti – Get Away (Drop Out Orchestra Rework)
George Benson – Love X Love (Funkyjaws Benson’s Love Re-Edit)
Deadly Sins – I Can Feel It
Escape From N.Y. – Save Our Love (Alkalino Classic Edit)
