Lettuce Turnip the Beet

Here’s what I suggest.  Next Saturday head down to your local Farmer’s Market and pick up yourselves a batch of fresh, locally grown, organic vegetables. When you get home, get situated in the kitchen and turn this music on.  Whenever you cook, it’s better to do it with and for someone, so get to the cooking together.  By the time the music is finished, chances are that you’ve only made it so far as to start making out on the couch, while something is burning on the stove.  But who really cares, when all you have to do is start it over again, and when the process really is that good.

Grooveman Spot – Ur Luv
Kashif – Help Yourself To My Love (Matthew Kyle Filtered Edit)
Starpoint – Get Ready, Get Down (Domes edit)
Drop Out Orchestra – I Am A Fan Of The Fatback Band
6th Borough Project – The Formula (Dub Vibes)
Oliver Cheatham – Get Down Saturday Night
William DeVaughn – Be Thankful for What You’ve Got (Onur Engin Edit)
Maximilian Skiba feat. Snax – One To Pray To (Beg To Differ Remix)
Poolside – Do You Belive?
Newcleus – Automan (Drop Out Orchestra Remix)
Chemise – She Can’t Love You (Tronik Youth Lovedit)
Tomorrow’s Edition – U Turn Me On (Frico Re-edit)
De La Soul – Ring Ring Ring (Yasumo Remix)
Gino Soccio – Love Is (Edit De Prince Language)

And, if you like this mix, please take the time to go to my Facebook page and ‘like’ me there. I certainly will like that.
