dj ShmeeJay‘s Ain’t No Big Thing podcast,  syndicated through iTunes and Spotify, with a new musical episode released about twice per month.

This show I feature Treasure Fingers. Bursting onto the international scene with the infamous underground hit, “Cross The Dancefloor” (Fool’s Gold, 2008), Treasure Fingers quickly established himself as a DJing & production powerhouse. In the following years, he dominated dancefloors, blogs & charts with countless official remixes for artists such as Foster The People, Avicii, MK, Empire of the Sun & Eric Prydz. While Treasure, real name Ashley Jones, was mastering the remix process, his own originals garnered high attention with releases on legendary record labels like Fool’s Gold, Defected, Nervous & more, while also being remixed by heavyweights Chromeo, Laidback Luke, Kenny Dope & others. Extensive world touring & performing at some of the biggest festivals have solidified Treasure’s impeccable DJ skill-set. In 2015, he launched his own label, Psycho Disco!, which has been a breeding grounds for some of the brightest boundary-pushing house acts to hit the scene. In addition to producing, remixing & running his label, Jones has recently started a new DJ mix series titled “Diamond Drips” showcasing his signature style of feel good house dripped in funky disco sweetness.

You can hear more from Treasure Fingers on SoundCloud.

This episode I host Australian dj extraordinaire Kosta Ellis, better known as Superbreak. Since the 90’s Kosta has garnered serious attention for his masterfully crafted disco reworks and original productions under
the Superbreak banner. He is one of the most respected and consistent labels And Dj’s in the edit/rework game.

His productions have found their way into the live sets of many luminary DJs, such as Rahaan, Mark Farina, Louie Vega, John Morales, 6th Borough Project, In Flagranti, Lady Blactronika, Faze Action, Crazy P, Kenny Dope, Mr. Scruff & many more.

Like his productions, Superbreak sets also showcase his deep and diverse taste. Weaving eclectic disco, adult house and offbeat selections together seamlessly. Always with an ear for groove and harmony and a Master at reading any room or dance floor.

Kosta’s talents as a tastemaker extend beyond the studio and DJ booth as owner of the respected Superbreak record label. Having amassed a formidable SoundCloud following for his disco reworks
and incredible DJ sets.

An avid record collector, his love of warm analog sounds is ever-present in his selections. In addition to many DJ residencies over the years, Kosta has DJ’d in 4 continents and recently returned from a successful stint in Europe and New York.

This episode I host Erin O’Conner-Drew from Seattle, WA. Erin, or EOC, have been rocking dance floors in Seattle for a good little while now. You can catch her on the regular at the monthly Train Car House Party (TCHP) in SoDo in Seattle. TCHP is ran by the Erin, Patrick Hernandez and Bryan Jarr, who’ve created something special in a kitschy, unknown venue simply for the love of house music. Since its inception TCHP has become both an institution and a bit of a who’s who in the Seattle house world. Where else can you come get drunk on gay bar-strength cocktails to some of the best house music in down…on a frickin’ train? Erin’s TCHP is simply an institution.

Look for EOC on SoundCloud and Facebook.
